Modalità di reso: It is the customer's responsibility to unpack the parcel in the presence of the carrier, to check the condition of the goods at the time of delivery and the conformity of the order delivered in the presence of the carrier. An accepted delivery means that the product delivered is deemed to be satisfactory. The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from delivery. Returned goods must be new and unopened, in their original packaging and bearing no trace of use. Any item that is damaged, shows signs of wear and tear, has been installed or used, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods shall be borne exclusively by the Customer. On receipt of the returned goods, INRE Market will proceed, after checking that they are in order, to reimburse the sums received for the returned goods, excluding return costs. The cost of transport is 40 euros (including VAT) for a rolled and packaged mattress. An additional cost may be applied if the mattress is unrolled. The customer is obliged to collect the product once it has been dispatched. If the customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, the return costs will be deducted from the price of the order. For any withdrawal of a bed base, the refund will be made by deducting the return postage costs of 94.90€. For any withdrawal of a headboard, the refund will be made by deducting the return postage costs of 79.90€.
